We worked together with Hungry with the purpose of providing them with an overview of how well their customers received their newly developed app, and how the app's conversion rate could be improved through concrete suggestions of improvement. The test had a particular focus on the app's conversion flow, usability and the general user experience.
After the test, Hungry received 30+ concrete and actionable suggestions for improvements. Furthermore, Hungry also received a clear overview of how well the app stod against the general market and what should change to improve the app's profitability today and in the future.
Hungry estimated that our results would yield in an extra yearly turnover of between 2 to 3 million Danish kroner (270.000 to 400.000 €)
We worked together with Pelican in order to examine how their two website versions faired when directly compared next to each other. The test involved 50+ testers. Due to Pelicans unique and differentiating services, the test had a particular focus on examining how well the two websites were at giving information about these on to the customer.
Based on the test, Pelican received a clear and concrete overview of how well the two websites fared when compared next to each other. Pelican received a list of 25+ suggestions of improvement which enabled them to create significant improvements in their final website.

The organisation 'IEEE' made a study which concluded that one lost customer cost a company an average of around 200 Euro. Functionality bugs in software are one of the biggest reasons, modern companies lose customers and the profit they bring in.
Wedbox knew this which is why they hired us to find and report all bugs on their Android application. We delivered over 25 unique errors.
This made it easy for Wedbox to handle the bugs which created a significantly better user experience and it minimised the amount of lost customers and profit.
CoRelate is an app which enables patients and their loved ones to share their thoughts and feelings with others who are in a similar situation. We helped CoRelate setting up a test project, which had a focus on clarifying the app's functionality errors and UX shortcomings.
